Originally based in Alaska, the Star of the Northeast made an unforgettable journey to New York to become the foundation of our fleet. With space for up to 406 guests, it quickly became a favorite setting for lively celebrations, private events, and sightseeing cruises. From milestone parties to skyline views, this vessel set the tone for what Starship would become. Social, welcoming, and built for memorable moments on the water.
As demand grew, so did the vision. The next chapter arrived with the Atlantic Star, our second tour boat and a bold step forward for the fleet.
Like its predecessor, the Atlantic Star traveled from Alaska, completing an impressive voyage around South America before calling New York home. More intimate in size, with a capacity of 199 passengers, it brought something new to Starship. Speed. As the fastest boat in our lineup, it was designed for energetic sightseeing tours and guests who want to see more of the city in less time. It added momentum to the brand and expanded what our experiences could look like.
The journey continues with the Star of the Hudson, our newest and largest vessel to date. With a capacity of 450 passengers, it represents the evolution of everything Starship has learned along the way.
