Our tours depart from either Pier 78 or Pier 36. Please check on the tour page for the departure location.

Upon arrival at the pier, please locate our team with the blue Starship uniforms to validate your tickets.

Settle in and enjoy the ride with seating and amenities designed for comfort year-round. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with indoor decks that are fully heated and climate controlled for comfort in any weather.

Prefer fresh air? Step onto the open-air deck for unobstructed skyline views, or stay inside and enjoy comfortable seating with large windows and panoramic views. There’s plenty of space to move around and find a spot that works for you.

Snacks, beverages, and drinks are available for purchase at the onboard concession stand and full bar, with options for guests of all ages.

Onboard restrooms are available and include convenient changing tables. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome, so families and guests with accessibility needs can enjoy the experience comfortably from start to finish.
