Do your cruises operate in case of unfavorable weather conditions?
Our cruises run 365 days a year and are available year-round. Only in the event of unsafe conditions will we contact you with guidance on how to proceed.
Can I move my reservation to a different day or time slot?
Yes, you can reschedule your tour through our "Manage My Booking" feature on the website.
What should I do if I don’t make it to the boat on time?
No worries if you’re late! You can take the next available tour or reschedule for another day/time. A rebooking fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child will apply.
Which customers qualify for rescheduling?
All guests may reschedule their tickets. Rescheduling is free when done 24 hours or more before the tour. For requests made less than 24 hours prior, a rebooking fee will be applied.
Can tickets purchased outside of starshipnyc.com be rescheduled?
Yes, rebooking is available for all tickets, including those purchased outside of starshipnyc.com. You can make these changes via our "Manage my Booking" feature by entering your ticket number and last name.
Which cruises are eligible for rescheduling?
The 60-minute and 90-minute cruises are eligible for rescheduling if available.
Am I able to move my ticket to a different type of tour?
Rescheduling to the 60-minute or 90-minute cruise is possible. Our team will assist you in verifying the rates for the change.
Where should I look to find my Order ID?
You can find your Order ID in the confirmation email sent to you.
I can’t find my original confirmation email—what now?
If you can’t find your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team at 917-384-7633 for assistance.
How can I get a refund if necessary?
No problem! You’re eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour.

Questions Concerning Tickets & Reservations
Do I need to purchase my tickets ahead of time?
We suggest booking your tickets in advance, but if there’s availability, you can also purchase them at the front desk on the day of the cruise.
What makes the VIP Pass a unique experience?
The VIP Pass is a wonderful way to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable cruise. Guests receive guaranteed seating on the top deck in our dedicated VIP area, with the option to sit indoors or outdoors and take in the views at their own pace.
With priority boarding and priority disembarkation, the VIP Pass ensures a smooth, easy, and enjoyable experience from beginning to end.
The experience includes one complimentary beverage, featuring a selection of house alcoholic or non-alcoholic options, or a snack option. Additional selections are available at our concession stand.
What makes the the PREMIUM pass a unique experience?
The Premium Pass is designed to elevate your cruise with thoughtful details that make the journey truly memorable. Guests enjoy priority boarding and priority disembarkation, along with access to a comfortable, reserved seating area for a more relaxed experience.
The experience includes one complimentary drink and a printed photo taken at the Statue of Liberty, a keepsake to remember your time on the water. A $15 voucher is also included, valid for food or drinks at the bar.
To complete the experience, Premium Pass guests are invited to visit and meet the captain, offering a special behind-the-scenes moment that makes the cruise even more unforgettable.

Are group packages available?
Yes we are. Please contact us via the following link on the website to provide the type of group and quantity.

Can I reserve the entire boat for a private event?
Absolutely! You can book the whole boat for a private cruise. To learn more and arrange your custom experience, submit the request quote form on our private events page.
Boarding & Onboard Experience Questions
Do I need to print my tickets before boarding?
Don’t worry about printing! You can show your ticket directly from your phone.
Are cruises punctual?
Starship Tours and Events is one of the most punctual cruise companies in New York. You can rely on us to depart on time for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Where are my cruise photos available for download?
For access to your cruise photos, please contact our marketing team directly through Instagram @starshipnyc direct messages, and they will assist you.
Can I bring outside food or beverages onto the cruise?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing outside food or beverages on board. Special dietary requests can be accommodated upon request.
Is smoking allowed on board?
To provide a pleasant and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited on the boat.
Are you pet friendly?
Only small pets and certified service animals are permitted on the boat. Guests may be asked to provide proof of service animal certification.
